Oxygen and water are critical to life! The body will die in three to four minutes without oxygen, and in three to four days without water! Essential as water is to life, many live to extra old age without drinking much water! Their water requirement is derived from beer, wine, and fruit juice instead, and they eat fresh fruit and vegetables! A clear observation in their celebrated lives, is that they have limited the amount of polluted water their body has received during their lifetime!
Dr. Allen E. Banik in his book titled, “The Choice Is Clear”, attributes longevity to drinking pure distilled water. His research is thorough, and medically sound. His approach to drink the purest possible (distilled) water, has helped many regain good health.
Rainwater begins to form in the upper atmosphere as pure distilled water. After fifteen minutes, the rain will have washed the atmosphere, and continues to fall as the purest water on Earth. Collected with care from a washed insoluble surface, rain is the finest drinking water in nature. As nature’s most aggressive solvent, pure distilled water has been known to reverse the onset of Alzheimer’s disease.
Municipal water is polluted with Chlorine and Fluoride to name two among several more undesired additives. Essentially, water is purified through removal of substances held in suspension, rather than adding chemicals to kill bacteria. The more we add to water the worse we make it. Water quality is determined with a Total Dissolved Solids (TDS) meter. The higher the TDS reading, the worse the water. Depending on the area, terrain, and environment, water quality can vary greatly.
For optimum health the human body requires the water provided by Almighty God, our Creator. By drinking pure rainwater collected fifteen minutes after the rain has started to fall, we drink what may be termed as pure, virgin, (unspoilt) water, with a distinct benefit. Virgin rainwater is slightly acidic, and fully able to dissolve inorganic minerals and toxic pollutants lodged in our body.
Drinking water needs to be unspoilt virgin water in order to fulfil its vital function of cleansing the human body of unwanted substances. Importantly, water is NOT used by the body for nutrition, but is used by the body to transport nutrients received in our food. As the body assimilates what it requires for energy from the fluid mass of food in the stomach and intestine, the water becomes separated from the solids, and passes through the liver and kidneys to remove the unusable inorganic minerals. Whilst we preserve the correct level of hydration using pure unpolluted water, we are able to remain in good physical health.
