The administration of a country’s finance is no different from administering a business! Both revolve around balancing income and expenditure with the objective of seeing a surplus! Growth, requires expenses to be less than revenue. If accounts payable exceed available funds, this is termed a shortfall. It is manageable by reducing expenditure, or increasing income.
For the world economy to recover from the Covid19 depression, the management of all national economies will require this simplistic approach! Printing money, has many times over proved to worsen economies, yet this is what we must expect! We must realise governments the world over have planned to fail with purpose, the implementation a hidden agenda, Antichrist’s New World Order!
Incredibly, we learn these things from a diligent study of PROPHETIC Scripture. Without wishing to overwhelm the reader, Revelation 17 verses 10 and 11, among several other verses in The Word, refer. Importantly, victory belongs to the saints of The Most High, Revelation 15:2, and this truth, will remain hidden for those who do not continue in The Word!
Corruption presents humanity with a GREAT opportunity to ABANDON government, and greatly reduce expenditure! By “following after charity”, 1 Corinthians 14:1, and PAYING tribute to whom tribute IS DUE, Romans 13:7, RIGHTEOUS tax deductible donations may be listed among expenses on our tax returns, being careful though, the favoured charity performs! Under performing charities must be exposed, Ephesians 5:11, not supported! This verse of Scripture is best read in both the Old King James, and The New International Version, for a truly good example of how the various Scripts, impart God’s Truth!
Schocking as this may appear at first, an example of an underperforming charity is the SPCA! Founded on the 20th May 1872, The Western Cape SPCA has received public donations for over 150 years! Funding has disappeared, dog fighting, and stray animal distress has increased, worsening to degree that the very many Animal Rescue Organisations formed to bring relief cannot cope! This is the result of poor legislation PRESERVING the exploitable issue of animal welfare to raise money! Every vehicle advertising large cash rewards for information regarding illegal breeding, dog fighting, and animal abuse would HELP their advertised cause to bring relief, but relief is not on the agenda, sustaining the donation cash cow is! This is FRAUD! This is corruption! Operating in its highly sophisticated, 3rd millennial generation form, the reason we have animal distress in The Western Cape today, is due to the fact the SPCA talks about educating the people on their website, but does not do so. The 30K reward is in the small print on their website the underprivileged will never see!
With EVERY vehicle they have on the road advertizing their R30,000 CASH reward for information concerning illegal breeding, dog fighting, or any act of animal cruelty, and vigourously lobbying for new legislation in respect of Dog Licensing, the Western Cape Animal distress could have been brought under control many decades ago! Instead, the problem has flourished to give birth to new animal shelters all crying out for funds to help the pathetic state of these innocent creatures! These are the hard hitting facts of an under performing charity, that has taken our donations for 150 years, and failed to deliver! THIS MUST STOP!
The talk in The South African “State of the Nation” speeches is equally shameful! There is no intention to deliver, only that the NEW WORLD ORDER, secretly marches forward! If government functioned, reasonable taxes could be due, but the South African case has gone beyond hopeless, and taxpayers must understand there are better ways for tax relief that may be legally adopted, understanding that the children, are free! Matthew 17:26.
If you think you are contributing to a better world to make that large donation to the SPCA to deduct from your tax return, you are in error! Look at the result after 150 years! Comprehend this is why our world is rapidly sinking into decay! The Do Gooders are funding our enemy! They are giving hard earned money to criminal fraudsters! Nothing you SEE, such as The Police, or The Courts, or the churches, or the charities, are real! They are controlled by the enemies of the Gospel of Christ!
Antichrist, is ruling our world from Rome! Antichrist, is the thief that cometh not, but for to steal, and to kill, and to destroy, John 10:10, and Antichrist has set himself up very well in “The Churches”! Follow the money, and LOOK at the RESULTS! We will do well neither to fear, nor follow after, nor assist them any further Daniel 11:20 and Daniel 11:45!

THE RELIEF FUND: This fund receives all the membership subscriptions. The aim is to facilitate and provide immediate relief where this is required for the persecuted and oppressed members of onlinechurchoftruth.com and any other desperate need made known to The Body of believers. The funds are then distributed to other causes as the members in good standing who are interested in participating, present suggestions, make proposals, and generally make real needs known, to then take action and do exploits! Daniel 11:32.
THE ADMINISTRATION FUND: This fund is to be established to receive the allocation of funds as decided by the participating members for the required expenses of running a global accounting system to the universal membership with audits as these may be required by The Body.
THE TAX FUND: The establishment of this fund is seen as the ONLY means to PREVENT the further theft of national revenue, as has happened and continues to happen in South Africa! Any Member of Online Church of Truth dot com in good standing may pay their taxes into The Tax Fund to meet the costs of essential public services in their area. The member must simply forward the address of the local Receiver for their Tax Payment Receipt to be forwarded, and this shall be attended upon with aplomb to be prompt! The fund will be established with the first tax payment received. You may have the say where your taxes will be spent for the benefit of your greater community!
THE CHARITY FUND: This fund will receive and administer donations specifically made by the public or membership of onlinechurchoftruth.com for tax deductible purposes. The Charity Fund will meet the needs of members of onlinechurchoftruth.com first, thereafter, the fund may minister to the needs of others in worthy cases and causes. This fund will likewise be established with the first tax deductible donation received, and the donor is invited to participate in the allocation thereof to a worthy cause.
EMPLOYMENT OPPORTUNITIES:
With the site still under construction in “Operation Live Area Reporting” to be able to account to the Universal Body of Christ on an up to the minute basis, these positions have not become available as yet. The priorities are none the less as follows.
