Health

If we continue allowing the media to control us as the media demonstrated its power to do with the Covid19 “pandemic”, then we have resigned ourselves to a fate of perpetual deception and ignorance! Life skills coaches teach it takes only a millionth of a volt to change our minds, and if we will choose to open our hearts to receive and love the truth, we will free ourselves from the risk of being deceived! What we truly need to know, is that we will never learn the down side of any product advertised! Meat wholesalers will not disclose vegetarianism has a proven record for increasing the lifespan of man, and soft drink manufacturers will not divulge sugar is highly detrimental to our health! The issue we face is that non disclosure sails close to the winds of deception!

The concealment of the facts (as the facts have become known), from being taught in schools, churches, and via the media, displays the implementation of a hidden agenda to promote ignorance rather than knowledge! Fortunately, we have the choice of preferring to learn truth, instead of flowing with the stream of agnosticism and apathy. We can choose to live healthy lives, or throw caution to the wind. If we purpose to be healthy, and modify our lifestyle accordingly, we will, (if it has not been left too late), reap the benefits.

Health is usually taken for granted particularly by the ‘invincible’ youth! As the trials of life are weathered, so tempering us for mature adulthood, we begin to appreciate the importance of living a healthy lifestyle. Hopefully, we begin to appreciate good health whilst our health is good, and can continue to maintain rather than embark on a journey of recovery. Prevention is far preferred than cure, and we may begin to live healthier lifestyles immediately, by learning to eat, and drink properly.

The common primary causes of poor health are usually the accumulative result of ignorance, and bad habit! Both these, ignorance and bad habit, are a direct result of deceptive advertising, and an inadequate school curriculum! Fast foods are not healthy! Too much alcohol is not good for you, and the obesity “pandemic” presently sweeping the world, is the “product” of stress, ignorance, laziness, and fast food! It has become too easy to live an unhealthy life! The facts presented, man is to blame for his lack of interest in his own well being, however, to have purposed to deprive man of knowledge to exploit human frailty, is iniquitous!

Natural, unprocessed foods, and pure water are key to regaining good health! Hippocrates, considered by the medical profession to be the father of medicine, summed up in a sentence. “The best medicine”, he said, “is good food, good water, and rest”! If we think to maintain, or regain good health, we need the truth about food, water, our body, and our environment! If we are ill, we need to start with good water, and natural unprocessed foods to get well. Proper diagnosis is off course the place to start, and vital to recovery! Certain foods may assist us, and consulting with a good dietitian may be highly recommended.

“Beloved, I wish above all things that thou mayest prosper and be in health, even as thy soul prospereth”. 3 John 1:2.
