It is your Constitutional Right to participate in the preservation of law and order in your country! Moreover, it is written into the Constitution of South-Africa, that a citizen may summon help, and use force to apprehend a criminal for committing a crime in one’s presence, or on reasonable suspicion that a crime is being committed.
The police powers are equally robust. SA policeman may do all of the above and apply for a warrant of arrest on oral application to the court. The law states that the oral application must be followed up within two days with a written application.
Your Police will likely disagree! This is deception, subversion, treason, and fraud! As one escalates issues, we find a secret society runs everything for itself and its own agenda to exploit taxpayer, and see that corruption flourishes as the green bay tree!
