Whilst lawyers cherry pick the big divorce cases with large settlements to “negotiate”, it is the underprivaleged who need the support of community and good legislation to cope with the stress of this desperate situation involving strife over innocent children!
Removing the threat of losing caregiving rights to one’s child is the only remedy, and joint custody resolves the issues! Why it has not been made law to prevent custody strife can be easily understood in that the legal profession thrives on trouble! A both parties win result would successfully conclude matters without increasing the risk of further trouble, but this is less favoured in the cause of lawyers making money!
Prolonging the agony with one parent in control, and the other parent out in the cold with no control, or rights, often having been misled by a High Court Judge to believe Guardianship is the “higher form of CUSTODY”, will inevitably, if the mother is a foreigner, result in abduction. This is the situation to avoid, and men marrying foreign woman, need to approach this very carefully. Scripture warns us of this. Proverbs 5:6. Men must not be fooled into believing thy have any rights with Guardianship! It is well proven that the parent who HAS CUSTODY is the higher guardian, and it is here that the trouble begins! The custodian parent now has a whip in hand to wield at whim on the non custodial parent! It is highly uncivilized, yet condoned by the Courts daily!
It has long been a criminal offence to obstruct a parent in the course of discharging their duty to their children, and if a parent does interfere or obstruct the other parent, the remedy is easy to apply! The obstructing parent loses joint custody rights, and is ordered by the Court to co-operate in the best interests of caring for the children.
Following a Joint Custody route in divorce, will ensure the more responsible party remains in charge of the children, and guarantee the children’s safety, and protection!
Following the money, there will be more to follow to guide potential victims away from the wicked who lie in wait for the unsuspecting poorly educated to fall into their trap! In good time this will take us to foreign lands to learn how legal aid is abused and used to smash the family unit, whilst lawyers milk welfare! It all comes down to the abuse of our taxes!
In the meantime, people in marriage relationship difficulties, have a place to come where they can educate themselves with facts. Social welfare has serious hidden agendas and social worker paid by the state are best avoided. As a potential victim, your starting point is to forget about going to a lawyer for a divorce. Your home group leader should be a better option to confide in, to help and guide you to friends who may assist you without a hidden agenda!
